Air-duct cleaning for homes and offices, dryer-vent cleaning, chimney cleaning, and attic insulation are all relevant operations of HVAC maintenance. Certain mobile technicians provide service in the Dallas – Fort Worth, Austin, and Houston areas, among other Texas towns listed herein.

3. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

4. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment
Prices quoted by telephone, text, e-mail, or online forms shall amount to good-faith estimates, with the final charge being established on the basis of on-site inspection, size of system, degree of contamination, parts, and labour, including all applicable taxes and mileage where appropriate. Payment, however, shall be due immediately upon completion of the Work by cash, major credit card, or any other method expressly approved by the Company. There may be instances when a deposit becomes required, usually in the case of a specialty work or a commercial project of substantial size.

5. Promotions and Estimates
Advertising discounts, promotional codes, and “starting-from” prices apply to standard residential systems and may exclude various HVAC units, deep-clean options, or extra footage. The Company reserves the right to verify eligibility and amend or withdraw any promotion at its discretion.

6. Appointments, Cancellations and No-shows.
All appointments are subject to technician availability. Technicians may cancel or reschedule appointments free of charge up to one hour prior to the agreed arrival window. Cancellation made below an hour before arrival time or failure to be present upon technician arrival may be subject to a sensible call-out fee to fairly compensate for travel time and expenses.

7. Same-Day and After-Hours Service
The Company provides round-the-clock service, though arrival times are to be treated as estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, or call-volume situations. The Company shall not be considered liable for damages resulting from delays caused by situations out of its reasonable control, including force-majeure events.

8. No Professional HVAC Advice
Provided on the Site are contents for general information only, and no statement shall amount to professional HVAC engineering, indoor-air-quality, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.

9. Environmental and Health Disclaimer

You agree to notify the Company of any dispute prior to initiating litigation and assert a good faith effort to resolve the same informally for at least thirty (30) days. Should the dispute remain unsettled, the parties will submit the conflict to a non-binding mediation in Dallas before commencing with a suit.
